Meet the Doctor

Dr. Walia, founder and clinic director of Walia Chiropractic, Inc in San Diego graduated with Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2005.   Before entering her studies in Los Angeles, Dr. Walia recieved her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree, with specialties in Biology and Physiology, from McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada in 2002.  It was during this time that she was involved in research programs funded by Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation.  Dr. Walia's research on the effects of free radicals on the coronary artery has been published by American Journal of Physiology, Cell Calcium, American Journal of Cell Physiology, European Journal of Pharmacology and Medical principles and Practice.  Dr. Walia has presented her reserach findings at various conferences and meetings in Canada and U.S. 

Dr. Walia has completed a Clinical Internship for Doctor of Chiropractic degree in Cal State Northridge Medical Centre where she gained exprience in treating variety of conditions relating to the musculoskeletal system in conjunction with medical doctors.            

Dr. Walia has been freeing people from pain since 2005. As a Chiropractor with experience, Dr. Walia is committed to promoting the health and well being of her patients.

Dr. Walia uses a "whole person approach" when taking care of her patients.
